Pupils from Kings International College who competed in Camberley Club round of Rotary Young Chef competition on Friday 18 January at The Defence School of Catering, Aldershot.
The event was won by Sushila Tamang (third from left) who now goes onto the District Finals at Merton College, Mordon on 16 February.
Sushila's reward for winning the Club round is a book token, framed certificate, tuition at The Defence School of Catering, work experience at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Frimley Hall Hotel and a chefs outfit for the next round of the competition.
Also competing were three students from Collingwood College, who unfortunately had to leave before photos could be taken. All who took part produced food of a very high standard, cooking three courses in 2 hours. Army chefs who judged the competition stated how impressed they were by the high standard of cooking, quality, taste and presentation of the dishes.
